The Scope

The walls are a large-format marble-look slab with heavy grey veining, carried from behind the vanity through into the shower so the pattern runs unbroken around the room.

The vanity is oak, with a quartz top and an integrated basin, and the taps are wall-mounted. Above it sits a backlit mirror cabinet between two matte black sconces; an oak-framed window sits alongside.

In the shower the fittings are matte black throughout — a fixed head, a hand shower on a slide bar, and a column of body jets set into the slab. The floor is a dark tile.

Everything described here is visible in the photographs on this page. Nothing on this page describes what the room looked like beforehand or how the work was sequenced.
